Channing Tatum wrote a bunch of kids books and now some TikTok celeb has generated that popularity into an Amazon best seller that hasn't even been released. Also Hillary Duff thinks she can write. I don't know why people with so much success or so much going on can just put time aside for all this, other than they're not doing much with how they got famous, or they can take time off to do this. And I don't see how nobodies are supposed to compete with this shit. I guess I'm missing opportunities, confirming that because I did the work on my own, got a contract on my own that I broke on my own and then put my shit out there on my own, I'm not entitled to any type of help. And there's no guarantee I'd be picked up. Plus membership is involved. I have to be a joiner and I'm not. I don't even know if Writing WA will ever get back to me with a bottom end job I asked about. I've changed my mind about progressing in my real job, it sounds to exhausting and aimless, and I'm stuck where I am answering the questions the people they commandeered don't know. I guess I can bring that up on Monday when I'll be shredded from seeing Trixie and Katya and not making it home before 11. Oh, yeah they wrote a couple of books too. It's like that shit's just built into people's contracts, or they can meet for coffee and be all "We should do this" and people make it happen for them. Just shit they want the privilege of without the work (if it's likely ghostwritten), and for it to gather industry praise that doesn't come from average readers. My point is, they have something already. They had day jobs they put on hold to write.
I don't know. I have more than enough time to do this but I'm too tired now.
